Personal covers one active computer. Dual covers two active computers for the same individual, with the same paid features. The Studio Dual Bundle includes two Shelf activations and two Organize Pro activations for the same individual. Existing customers keep their original allowance.

No. Individual plans are for one person. Company, team and employee deployments require prior written organization licensing. Contact the seller for customized pricing. Read the license terms.

Online checkout is not connected yet. Use a product’s Get button to contact Incredible Lab about purchase availability, payment, and the correct installer.

Live checkout is not activated. The inquiry dialog opens an email draft; it does not send automatically or take payment. Support confirms availability, compatibility, delivery, total pricing and applicable tax before payment. No payment method is promised until checkout is enabled.

An inquiry creates no paid order and can be withdrawn by contacting support. Direct purchases have a 7-calendar-day refund request window, with separate remedies for faults, misdescription, non-delivery and duplicate charges. Full refunds revoke the affected license; partial refunds keep it active. Orders through Gumroad retain that platform’s original channel and terms. Read the refund policy.

Installed versions with update checks show announcements when they next check the feed. Follow the download and installation flow supported by your plugin. Older builds without update checks may need a download link from support. A one-time purchase does not promise every future major upgrade or compatibility with all future Adobe releases.
