Information we handle

When browsing the site, our hosting provider can process connection and security information such as IP address, request details and access logs. When direct checkout is enabled, the store will use the customer name and email, purchased product, order amount, payment identifiers, payment/refund status and delivery records needed to fulfil the order. Support correspondence is processed when you contact us.

Plugin activation services process license identifiers, device identifiers, device labels, reported platform, activation status and activation/check-in timestamps to enforce device limits and manage access. Device identifiers can be hashed within a particular flow; hashing does not mean the records are anonymous.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate the website, verify payments, supply licenses and downloads, manage device limits, provide support, process refunds, prevent misuse, secure our services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not use this policy as consent to send marketing email.

Providers and disclosure

Cloudflare supplies hosting, storage and related infrastructure. Razorpay is the proposed payment provider for direct checkout. Payment information entered in Razorpay’s checkout is handled by Razorpay and its payment partners under their policies; our store is designed to receive transaction references and status rather than store full card numbers or CVVs. A delivery email provider has not yet been selected; this policy must be updated with that provider before email delivery is activated. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and service security. Providers may process information in locations outside your region.

Cookies and analytics

The current public storefront does not include advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. The separate administrator panel uses a session cookie for sign-in. Hosting/security infrastructure and a future payment checkout can use necessary service technologies. We will update this policy if customer accounts, analytics or marketing cookies are added.

Retention and security

We keep order, license, refund and support records for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for accounting, disputes or compliance. We use access controls and encrypted storage for saved payment secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Contact izstore044@gmail.com from your purchase email to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may request proportionate proof that you own the relevant order. We will assess the request under applicable law and explain any retention requirement or other limit.

Children and changes

This store is intended for customers who can lawfully enter a purchase agreement. If a child’s information has been supplied in error, contact us. We will publish updates to this policy with a revised date and take any additional steps required for material changes.
