We sell downloadable software licenses and installers. No physical goods are shipped, and no physical shipping fee applies.

Delivery after launch

Before direct sales open, checkout will state the available installer formats, supported systems and exact delivery method. The intended flow is to provide a download and license after the payment is verified as captured. Email delivery is not yet enabled; this page does not promise an email service that is not operating.

The direct store is not accepting payments yet. Before sales open, this page and checkout will state the delivery method and maximum delivery time. Do not send a payment manually to obtain a product from this pre-launch website.

Installation and compatibility

Check the supported operating system and Adobe application/version on the product page before buying. Install the relevant build and activate it with the corresponding plugin license. The permitted number of devices is shown with the product. A license for one plugin does not automatically license another product.

Updates

Installed versions that support the existing update feed can show release announcements when they next check. Follow the supported download and installation steps. An announcement does not silently replace software on your computer. Older builds without update checking may require a separately supplied installer link.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but a license or download is missing, contact izstore044@gmail.com with your order ID and purchase email. Do not make a second payment for the same order to resolve a delivery delay. Undelivered products are covered by the refund policy.
