What to include

For an order question, send your order ID, purchase email, plugin name and a short description of the issue. For a technical issue, include your operating system, Adobe application version and plugin version. Do not send passwords, card details, OTPs or your full license key.

Support response

We aim to acknowledge support and refund requests within 2 business days, and provide a refund eligibility decision within 5 business days after receiving the information needed to review the request.

Existing purchases

If you bought through Gumroad or another platform, use the support details on your original receipt. Refunds for those orders must be handled through the original purchase channel.
