Seller and scope
These terms apply to direct purchases from Sayad Zaifi, trading as Incredible Lab. Contact: izstore044@gmail.com. The direct store is currently pre-launch and cannot accept orders yet. The delivery method and maximum delivery time will be published before checkout opens.
Products, prices and orders
We sell downloadable plugin software licenses. Review the product’s features, supported operating system, supported Adobe application/version, device allowance and price before purchase. Prices are displayed in INR. The final checkout must disclose the total payable amount and any applicable tax before you pay. A saved price change applies to new checkouts; an existing order keeps the amount recorded when it was created.
An order is fulfilled only after payment is verified. Payment authorization alone does not mean the product has been delivered. If a pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you and obtain agreement to any change or refund the unfulfilled purchase rather than increase the charge without consent.
Software license
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the purchased plugin on the number of devices stated at purchase; ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred. Do not share, resell or publicly distribute license keys or software builds. Transfer or resale rights, if separately offered, must be agreed with the seller. Do not bypass activation or device restrictions. Nothing in this clause removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
Device activation and updates
An internet connection is required for activation and periodic license checks. Existing plugin services can issue time-limited offline leases. Releasing a device allows it to be activated again under the product’s supported device policy. Updates and compatibility depend on the published product and release information; a one-time purchase does not promise every future major upgrade or compatibility with all future Adobe releases.
Delivery, support and refunds
The Digital Delivery and Refund policies form part of the purchase terms. Direct purchases have a 7-calendar-day refund request window, with separate remedies for faults, misdescription, non-delivery and duplicate charges. Full refunds revoke the affected license. You should keep your receipt and license private. Use the Contact page for order and technical support.
Fair use and liability
Use the plugins lawfully and keep appropriate backups of your projects. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. Any issue should first be raised through support so that we can investigate and offer a suitable remedy.
Third parties
Adobe applications are supplied separately by Adobe. Adobe trademarks belong to Adobe; we are an independent developer. Payment services are supplied by the payment provider under its applicable terms. Orders made through Gumroad or another platform retain their original purchase terms and payment/refund channel.
Changes and complaints
We may update product information and these terms for future orders. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to completed purchases. Contact izstore044@gmail.com to raise a complaint. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and available legal remedies remain unaffected.
