How do Personal and Dual differ?+
Both include every Pro feature. Personal allows one active computer; Dual allows two for the same user. The desktop app and IZ Focus share the extension’s activation on each Windows computer. Existing buyers keep their original allowance.
What is free, and what requires Pro?+
Lite includes Premiere project organization, standard adjustment layers, color mattes, Reveal Source, Nest, and Unnest without activation. Pro adds advanced adjustment modes, full bin structure creation, guides, Capture and Freeze, Offline Media Check, Sequence Version, sequence presets, and the Windows Desktop and IZ Focus workflows.
Do the Windows companion and IZ Focus cost extra?+
No. They are included with IZ Organize Pro on Windows and use the same Pro activation. There is no separate subscription. They are not included in Lite.
Will Organize move my source files?+
No. Organize changes bins inside Premiere Pro. The Windows companion can create project folders and import watched media, but it does not rearrange your existing disk files.
Can I use an existing Premiere project?+
Yes. Organize an existing project and link a saved project to the Windows companion. Save a backup before structural changes to important work.
Do automatic imports work with Premiere closed?+
No. Keep the Windows companion, linked Premiere project, and IZ Organize panel open. The desktop app can remain in the system tray.
Will guides appear in my export?+
Timeline overlays can render if left enabled. Use Hide guides before exporting. Native Premiere monitor guides do not render.
Does IZ Focus work on Mac?+
No. The desktop companion and Focus widget are Windows-only. The Premiere extension has a separate Mac package.

How do updates work?+
The plugin can check for announced updates and open an installer download. Close Premiere and run the installer; updates are not silently installed.
Which Premiere releases are supported?+
The extension manifest targets Premiere Pro 24.0 and newer. That is not a guarantee that every host or operating system version has been tested. Ask for the validated compatibility list before purchasing.
